Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?When deciding to hire a full-time senior designer, salaries typically exceed $80,000, not including bonuses and hiring costs. Additionally, there may be periods where the workload is not as high, leaving you stuck with payments for untapped potential. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume the subscription according to your needs. Say goodbye to the hassle of interviews and contract negotiations.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?With both of our subscriptions, feel free to add as many design requests to your queue as you desire. For the Start-up plan, these requests will be delivered one at a time, and if you opt for the Professional plan, you can have two design requests being worked on simultaneously.
How fast will I receive my designs?On average, design requests are typically fulfilled within 2 business days. However, for more intricate projects, additional time may be required. We will let you know the estimated turnaround time for each project once we receive the request. If a request will take longer than 2 days, we might break down the project into sub-deliveries to ensure each element is handled with precision.
How does the pause feature work?There might be periods when your design workload doesn't extend throughout the entire month. For example, you could have just one or two design requests at present. That's when the option to pause your subscription becomes valuable. Our billing cycles span a 31-day period. Suppose you register and utilize our service for 21 days, and then opt to pause your subscription. In this scenario, the billing cycle will be temporarily suspended, and you'll still have 10 days of service available for future use.
How do I request designs?Although we use ClickUp as the platform to manage our design projects and workloads you have the flexibility of conveying your design brief through various means. Feel free to book a zoom call with the team, email us the details, share a Google Doc or Figma link, or even record a Loom video explaining your needs. Essentially, if the content can be linked to or shared within the ClickUp environment, it seamlessly fits our workflow.
What if I don't like the design?We go back to the drawing table and come up with other options for you. We're committed to fine-tuning the design until it aligns perfectly with your vision and you're completely satisfied.
What if I only have a single request?No problem at all. If you only have one request, we can still work with you on this. We wouldn't recommend you subscribe to the membership, but rather et us tackle his one on it's own. If you ever do have more than one request per month, you know who to talk to!
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?We don’t offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the service. However, we’re committed to working closely with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction with the design work. Your happiness is our top priority, and we're dedicated to making sure you receive the best possible service.
What happens after I subscribe?Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a personalized welcome email within 24 hours, along with a link to your custom ClickUp board. Once there, you’ll be able to start requesting as many projects as you’d like to your queue.
Do I need to sign a contract?No, we do not require you to sign a contract. We offer a hassle-free subscription model that allows you to start and pause your subscription as needed, giving you flexibility without the commitment of a formal contract.
Who holds the ownership after the designs are completed?You do! Upon completion of the designs, you retain full ownership of the creative work we've crafted for you. Your designs are exclusively yours to use, modify, and share as you see fit. We may use excerpts of the designs we create for you for portfolio purposes and nothing more.
How do you calculate the 2 day turnaround?Based on our experience, if we receive the source content from you, and have all the images and copy we need, we can design about 15-20 pages in 2 days. You would get a first draft within 2 days, and then we'd go into revision rounds. These rounds are usually turned back to you 24 hours after we receive the changes.
Are requests cumulative?No. Since there is no minimum included requests per month, we're not able to accumulate them. You can add projects to your queue, and we will take care of them according to your chosen plan, as long as your plan remains active.
What if my project is being worked on and I suddenly have an urgent request that needs to "cut in line" to meet a deadline?We've got you. As long as we communicate and keep clear expectations, it shouldn't be a problem. However, should this happen, we can discuss it on a case by case basis.
