Based on our experience, if we receive the source content from you, and have all the images and copy we need, we can design about 15-20 pages in 2 days. You would get a first draft within 2 days, and then we'd go into revision rounds. These rounds are usually turned back to you 24 hours after we receive the changes.

No. Since there is no minimum included requests per month, we're not able to accumulate them. You can add projects to your queue, and we will take care of them according to your chosen plan, as long as your plan remains active.
